We advise our customers to follow these guidelines before making a service call:

	Have the person most familiar with the problem place the service call.
	Having the necessary information ready in advance of placing a service  call.   Such as Model #, Serial #, MFG # (certain brands), Age.
	Be as detailed with the complaint as possible, "not working right" will not be sufficient.
	State exactly when the problem is noticed occurring. E.g. The washer is noisy on spin. OR The dryer doesn't heat in the permanent press cycle.
